Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or the warehouse address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The return method (return label or return address) depends on the product warehouse, Our customer service will guide you if you should return to a warehouse address in Europe or if it's possible to provide a return label.
Return Label
Once the customer receives a return label they have 3 days to return the package using this return label.
Return label is a fixed $28 fee.
Return Address
Once the customer receives the return label the customer needs to ship the package back to our warehouse address, the customer will have to use only FedEx / DHL or UPS and pay them directly for the shipping back.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds - Store Credit
All orders are eligible only for a store credit.
Once we get the item back to our warehouse we will notify you by email about the current credit that you have and that you can use in the store.
* The store credit is less the shipping charge ($28) and customs fees (if paid).
In case the customer refuse the delivery for any reason:
When the customer refuses to receive a package that shipped we send a request to return the package to our warehouse.
The customer pays a fixed $100 fee for this return action.
Shipping fees if paid will not be refunded.
This process and the partial refund could take up to 14 business days.
Returns - refund
Customers receive a full refund and free return in case the products received are damaged or we sent the incorrect size/ color/ model.
Return because the customer refused to receive the package
If for any reason the customer refuses the delivery, the carrier will return the order to our warehouse.
The customer will get a store credit less the shipping fee they paid and less a fixed $100 fee.
